Making Resin Jewellery

To help you with your resin jewellery making, I have quite a few useful tutorials on YouTube that are step-by-step guides on how to make resin Jewellery.

These videos take you through making the initial resin piece, pendants, earrings, bracelets, beads etc. to turning them into finished pieces of jewellery to keep yourself, give away as gifts, or sell to other people.

Putting the finishing touches to any resin pieces requires very little experience. You will need a few specialist but inexpensive tools to make the jewellery, which I will go through below.

Tools available in the USA

Tools Available in the UK

The tools I have identified above are a wonderful price and a great place to start. You can use these to make so many different pieces. Wire wrapping, earrings, cutting wire, putting on jump rings, clasps, and even making your own hooks, etc.

Once you have the tools and you have made your first resin items, you will want to turn your creations into jewellery. To give it the most professional finish, you will also need to use jewellery fastenings. There are so many out there that you can choose from, depending on what it is you want to make.

I like to finish off my pendants with either a chain or a cord, as these really help to showcase your pieces to people who are interested in buying them. Thankfully, these can be purchased quite cheaply and easily.
